Accommodation

The apartment is in excellent order throughout and offers fantastic waterside accommodation. The bedroom has twin beds and a new sofa bed offers further bedding in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and there is plenty of cutlery and crockery for four people, a two ring ceramic hob, built in microwave oven and a generous sized built in fridge-freezer, the worksurface doubles up as a handy breakfast bar also.

The bathroom is superbly presented with washbasin, w.c, and corner shower. There is also a washing machine plumbed in - airing stands and an iron are supplied so travelling light is a real possibility!!

From the lounge the patio doors open out onto the paved terrace, which is hedged to three sides, providing a degree of privacy without losing the sun! There is plenty of room for the table and four garden chairs, together with the two cushioned lounger chairs. During the hottest part of the day it is almost unbearable to sit on the patio without the large awning extended.

To the front of the terrace there is a shared pathway allowing you to step directly out onto the four foot quayside path (Please note that since there is no gate, the property may be less suitable for visitors with small children).

Parking is provided in an allocated space in a private car park directly outside the apartment, accessed through electric gates.
